“We were driving past the shop to the butchers from our campsite. We popped in, tempted by the window display of gorgeous looking pastries. The shoppers owner was very welcoming and chatted us through the array of wonderful cakes, bread and pasties. We have a sourdough loaf, 2 blondes which were perfect and not too sweet - the best I’ve had. And a cinnamon bun, so good! I would definitely recommend popping, but beware, they are too many lovely looking bites and wanted everything. Next time, we’ll try some of the savoury options.”

“Small bakery with a selection of baked goods from pizza slices to loaves of bread to cinnamon buns and scones - all appear to be made fresh in the back. All of the items were very good and the cinnamon bun was one of the best I've ever had. Prices were reasonable (under £12 for 2 large slices of pizza, 2 scones and a cinnamon bun) and staff at counter were friendly. Very impressed and highly recommend”

“Been to Buxton today and called into this bakery. I can honestly say it was the best sausage roll I have ever tasted and the orange and polenta cake was so delicious.”
